You'll step into an established outpatient Family Medicine role where your work is genuinely needed and immediately impactful. Practice Overview
- Join a collegial primary care team with physicians and experienced APP support
- All-outpatient practice model with basic in-office procedures
- Robust onsite diagnostics available locally (CT, MRI, 3D mammography, ultrasound, sleep lab, 24/7 lab, and more)
Schedule
- 4-day work week (40 hours) in an outpatient clinic setting
- Patient volume: 16-18 patients per day
- EMR: Meditech Expanse
Compensation & Benefits
- $300,000 base salary + Production (documented earnings $380K-$400K)
- $50,000 sign-on bonus plus $30,000/year retention bonus for 3 years
- Additional earning streams: APP supervision stipend ($18K per APP/year), patient satisfaction bonus (2% of base )
- Benefits include malpractice with tail, 403(b) with up to 4% match, 1 week CME + $5,000 allowance, generous earned PTO (approximately 6+ weeks), license reimbursement, and PSLF eligibility
Candidate Requirements
- MD/DO required
- Board Certified required; Board Eligible considered for new graduates
- 2026-2027 graduates welcomed
- Visa sponsorship available (H-1B and J-1)
